ABOUT Vegetable Croquettes RECIPE

Veggie loaded balls wrapped in Rawa. Healthy start to your day.usually people specially kids avoid some vegetables which they dont like.Trust me they will love it as they wont be able to identify those stuff and finally protien enter to their tummy in the form of mouth watering balls

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Beetroot 1 Big size
  2. Capsicum 1 small size
  3. Onion 2 small size
  4. Cauliflower 1/4 medium size
  5. Carrot 1 big size
  6. Boiled potato 2 medium size
  7. Beans 50gms
  8. Ginger,garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Pepper to taste
  11. Dry mango 2 teaspoon
  12. Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  13. Maida 1 spoon
  14. Breadcrumbs 3 breads
  15. Samolina 1/2 cup
  16. Oil for Deep frying
  17. Corriander leaves garnish

Instructions

  1. Grate beetroot,carrot and cauliflower.chop onion ,capsicum and beans into small size.
  2. Take a kadai.put some oil to it.add chopped items and fry till golden brown .Now add Ginger garlic paste .fry for few more miniutes,put the grated item to it.and add salt pepper ,dry mango and garam masala.mix it well.atlast add mashed boil potato and mix it well.
  3. Let the mixture cool for sometime.take 1 spoon maida ,mix with some water and make a liquid paste.
  4. Give shape to your croquettes and dip into the maida all over.Directly put it to breadcrumbs and samolina and roll it.make sure it is coated properly
  5. Take a kadai again and add oil for frying.after frying do ur plating
  6. Garnish with corriander leaves and serve with ketchups
