Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 potato
  2. 1 tsp corn flour
  3. 1 tsp chilly powder
  4. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  5. Salt to taste
  6. oil as required
  7. Coriander as required

Instructions

  1. Take bowl add mashed potatoes, corn flour,chilly powder,Garam masala salt, coriander leaves.
  2. Then mix well
  3. Making patties of round shape.
  4. Heat the tawa and put patties.
  5. Also Add oil if required to make patties more crisp.
  6. Serve aloo tikki.
