Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup chickpea flour
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  4. 1/4 tsp chilly powder
  5. Water as required
  6. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Take one cup besan in a mixing bowl add all the ingredients expect water and oil.
  2. Add water , Then make batter .
  3. Heat tawa,then put some oil, and spread batter on tawa.
  4. Then flip and now cook the other side.
  5. Fold and serve hot.
