ABOUT Besan ka sheera RECIPE

It serves as dessert in winter's. It also has medicinal features. It gives you relief from cough and cold. I cook it 3 times a week in winters. So that i prevent my family from winter. It is favourite dish of my husband and my sweet little daughter.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Beasn 2 tablespoon
  2. Milk 2 cup
  3. Sugar 6 tablespoon or to taste
  4. Ghee 4 tablespoon
  5. Almonds chopped 2 tablespoon
  6. Raisin 1 tablespoon
  7. Melon seeds 2 tablespoon
  8. Honey 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and add besan. Stir constantly.
  2. When it turns light brown add milk. And cook for 5 mintues.
  3. Add sugar and let it boil. Add chopped nuts.
  4. Add honey few drops. Garnish with almonds. Serve hot.
