I know in this busy time we want quick break fast ya snack to children in evening. So this is the easiest dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
  2. Jagerry - 1/2 cup
  3. Cardamom powder - 1/4 tap
  4. Ghee r oil to roast dosa

Instructions

  1. Grate jaggery with knife r grater.Mix all above ingredients except Ghee adding little little water.
  2. Make as dosa batter.
  3. Pour a ladle full of batter on heated pan(use the spoon u usually use to prepare dosa).
  4. Spread the dosa and sprinkle little oil on dosa.
  5. When cooked flip the dosa another side n let it cook.
  6. Remove dosa n u can eat pouring honey on dosa.
  7. Now if u want crispy then add one tbsp rice flour to batter.
