Flatten rice mixed with yoghurt and topped with fresh fruits. You can use the fruits of your choice. In bihar,it is very much popular. It is a healthy and tasty breakfast and snack.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup washed and soaked poha
  2. 1 cup Dahi
  3. 2 tbsp Milk
  4. 2 tbsp honey
  5. 1 bowl chopped fresh fruits

Instructions

  1. In poha,add curd and mix well.
  2. Add honey and mix well.
  3. Take a serving glass and add fresh fruits.
  4. Add poha mixture and flatten.
  5. Add milk...
  6. Again add layer of fresh fruits.
  7. Make a layer of poha mixture too.
  8. Garnish with some honey and Dahi Chura is ready.
