Ingredients to make Bread Pakora

  • 6 Bread Slices ( White)
  • 1.5 Cups chickpea Flour / Besan
  • water as per the requirement
  • salt as per the taste
  • 1 tsp Red pepper Powder
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala + To Sprinkle
  • oil to deep fry

How to make Bread Pakora

  1. Firstly Cut the corners of bread
  2. Cut every slice into 4 parts (square)
  3. Take a bowl
  4. Add Besan into it
  5. Add water accordingly to make a smooth batter
  6. Whisk it properly to remove the lumps
  7. Add Salt into it
  8. Add Green Chilies
  9. Add Red Pepper Powder
  10. Add Chat Masala
  11. Add Chopped Coriander leaves
  12. Mix the ingredients properly
  13. Heat oil in a kadhai to deep fry
  14. Take bread pieces one at a time
  15. Dip it into the batter
  16. Drop it carefully into the kadhai
  17. Fry them on medium flame so that it would get cooked properly from inside also
  18. Take them out on tissue paper to absorb extra oil
  19. Sprinkle some Chat Masala over them
  20. Bread Pakodas are ready to serve
  21. Serve them with your choice of Chutney

My Tip:

Dont fry them on high flame as it may leave the Pakodas raw from inside
