ABOUT VEG CHEESE SANDWICH RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup chopped mixed veggies [grated carrots bell peppers / capsicum]
  2. sweet corn (frozen ) - 1/2 cup
  3. onion - 1
  4. other ingredients : 1 garlic chopped
  5. 1 green chili chopped (optional)
  6. ¼ tsp pepper powder
  7. ½ to ¾ tsp of herbs (oregano, parsley)
  8. coriander leaves few chopped
  9. 6 bread slices
  10. 2 tsp butter
  11. ¾ to 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese (use to suit your taste)

Instructions

  1. Butter the bread evenly.
  2. Mix together all the veggies, herbs along with cheese.
  3. Spread the mixture on the bread slices keeping the buttered side out.
  4. Preheat the sandwich maker and grill it until golden.
  5. Halve the veg cheese sandwich and serve hot or warm.
