This is a perfect and healthy curry to be served with some roti or pulao on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup boiled sweet corn ..
  2. 3 onion paste
  3. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  4. 3 tomatoes puree
  5. 1tsp coriander powder
  6. 1 tsp garam masala
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  9. oil 1 tsp salt to taste


  1. Onion puree and tomato puree boil corn
  2. Heat some oil in a pan , add spinach, dried Fenugreek leaves ,cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for few seconds. Allow it to cool completely and grind it in a mixer to a smooth purée Keep aside
  3. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the Cumin seeds. add Onion paste and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes
  4. add Tomato puree and saute on an medium flame few minutes ginger garlic paste. Add the Turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala,mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute
  5. Add the palak puree mix well and cook 1 to 2 minutes add sweet Corn mix well. and cook 5 minutes switch off the gas ready Corn Palak
