Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 Cups Whole wheat flour + For dusting
  2. Water as per the requirement
  3. Salt as per the taste
  4. 1 cup Cooked and Cooled Rice
  5. 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
  6. Red pepper powder to taste
  7. 1 tsp Chat Masala Powder
  8. Clarified butter to roast the Paranthas
  9. Butter as per the requirement


  1. In a bowl add whole wheat flour
  2. Add 1/4 tsp Salt into it
  3. Make a soft dough by adding water in batches
  4. Rest it for 5 minutes
  5. Meanwhile Take our rice in a bowl
  6. Add Onions into it
  7. Now add Salt into it
  8. Add Red Pepper Powder into it
  9. Add Chaat Masala and mix it properly
  10. Stuffing is ready now
  11. Heat the area
  12. Now Divide the dough into equal sized balls
  13. Roll out the ball using the whole wheat flour
  14. Put it in a plate
  15. Now roll out another dough ball
  16. Spread evenly the rice mixture
  17. Cover it with the another parantha
  18. Make some prints on the corners using fork
  19. Put it onto the Tara
  20. Apoly few Clarified Butter and flip it
  21. Roast it on medium flame
  22. When it is cooked properly, take them out into a plate
  23. Add a dollop of butter into it
  24. Parantha is ready to serve now
