Ingredients to make Rice cutlet

  • Cooked rice 2 cup
  • carrots 1/2 cup
  • Green peas 1/4 cup
  • spinach leaves 5 to 6
  • cabbage 1/4 cup (optional )
  • Green chilli 2
  • onion 1 medium
  • Coriender leaves 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • cumin seed powder 1 tsp
  • Araroot powder 1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • oil for shallow fry or deep fry

How to make Rice cutlet

  1. Take cooked rice keep aside
  2. Now cut the all vegetable in small cube size then wash nicely with water
  3. Carrots and green peas done half cook take a one steam
  4. Now take rice add in cooked green peas, carrots , chopped onion , green chilli, coriender leaves, cabbage , spinach leaves, mix well
  5. Now add all dry masalas and araroot powder mix all together
  6. Make a round nicely ball coat with bread crubms
  7. Keep ready to all cutlet
  8. Now take pan add in oil if you want to do deep fry then take kadai heat oil and make deep fry rice cutlet
  9. Now ready to serve with green chutney or ketchup

You can add any vegetables and try to stuffed cheese rice cutlet its very yummy I tried
