Cute little cookies to start your Valetine's day with.

Ingredients Serving: 5

All Purpose Flour 150 gms
Sugar powder 70 gms
Egg 1/2
Butter 60 gms
Instant Coffee Powder 5 gms
Milk 2 tbsp

Instructions

In a bowl, add butter, sugar and egg (vegetarian add 4 tbsp milk instead). Mix well and then add the flour, instant coffee powder, mix well.
Add milk and mix until it becomes soft.
Place the star shape nozzle in a piping bag and fill it up with this batter. Make them fancy and decorate with choco chips. Bake them at 180 degree centigrade for 15 minutes.
Cool and store in an airtight container.
