Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup semolina
  2. 1/2 cup water
  3. 3 tsp lemon juice
  4. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  5. salt to taste
  6. oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Mix the semolina and water in a bowl.
  2. Keep the batter for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a tawa,spread some oil.
  4. Take the batter.
  5. Spread on pan .
  6. Drizzle some oil on the top and sides.
  7. Cook both the sides.
