Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spinach 8-10 leaves
  2. Gramflour 1 cup
  3. Asafoetida a pinch
  4. Carrom seeds 1 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. Green chilli 2 chopped
  7. Coriander leaves a handfull
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash leaves
  2. Prepare paste of gram flour by adding salt red chilli powder asafoetida green chilli coriander leaves carrom seeds ,turmeric powder and water
  3. The paste is ready now
  4. Now dip the leaves in the paste
  5. Heat oil in a kadai.dip the leaves and prepare crispy bhajiyas
