This is a quick recipe of making dosas using bread.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread - 4 slice
  2. Suji / rava - 1/2 cup
  3. Rice flour - 1 cup
  4. Curd - 1/2 cup
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Oil - 2 tbsp
  7. To temper
  8. Finely chopped onion - 1 small
  9. Finely chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
  10. Finely chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  11. Cumin seeds - 1//4 tsp
  12. Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
  13. Oil - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut the edges of the bread.
  2. In a blender add the bread slices and churn it.
  3. Add curd,suji.rice flour,salt and one cup of water and grind them in a smooth batter.
  4. It should be pouring consistency.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and temper the above listed ingredients.
  6. Add this temper mixture in the batter and mix well.
  7. Heat oil in a pan.
  8. Now spread a laddle full of batter evenly.
  9. Drizzle some oil and cook until its golden brown
  10. Cook other side as well
  11. Serve hot with ketchup
