Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fenugreek leaves 1 cup
  2. Chickpea flour 1 cup
  3. Asafoetida 1pinch
  4. Carrom seeds 1/4 cup
  5. Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Ginger chilly paste 2 spoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil as required

Instructions

  1. Chopped Methi leaves.
  2. Take chickpea flour escort area carom seeds red chilli powder ginger paste green chilli paste and salt in a big mixing bowl mix the ingredients well.
  3. Now add water in make smooth better keep aside the better for 10 minutes
  4. Add the chopped leaves and mix well.
  5. Heat oil in a pan.fry the gotta.
  6. Serve hot.
