I do make a variety of parathas for breakfast and this is yet another interesting , easy breakfast recipe by me.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl dough of wheat flour
  2. 4 spring onion
  3. 4 stems of green garlic.
  4. 2 green chillies
  5. Salt
  6. 1/4tsp cumin seeds.

Instructions

  1. Fine chopped onion and garlic with leaves.
  2. Add green chilli
  3. Add salt & cumin seeds.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Fill in dough roundels and flatten them.
  6. Cook till brown on both sides.
  7. Serve with curd.
