Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Icing Sugar - 2 tbsp (Optional)
  2. Part - 1 Ingredients:
  3. All Purpose Flour - 5 tbsp
  4. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Granulated Sugar - 4 tbsp
  6. Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Part - 2 Ingredients:
  8. Vegetable Oil - 5 tbsp + extra for greasing
  9. Milk - 4 and 1/2 tbsp
  10. Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
  11. Red Food Colour - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add the Part 1 ingredients and mix it well. Then add the Part 2 Ingredients and mix it well.
  2. Grease the microwave safe bowl and pour this mixture into the bowl. Make sure that the bowls are only half full. Microwave at high for 1 minute and cool it completely.
  3. If you are decorating it with icing sugar prepare your stencil. Cut a piece of parchment paper the size of your bowl and draw a heart shape in the centre and cut it out.
  4. Place this stencil over the cake and sprinkle icing sugar over the cake.

hi Anjali, when you switch on the microwave ,it automatically is on a high temperature.Also there is a small icon of a vessel with vapour rising from it. Just check it out!! there are settings for temperature otherwise it is on high.

how to put miceowave on high mine shows only time not temperature.
