ABOUT Easter Deviled Eggs RECIPE

When one gets bored of eating white eggs. Why not to try easter eggs to change boring breakfast into some interesting one.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Eggs 2
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Paprika
  4. Black pepper
  5. Food color

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a pan , eggs must be covered with water. Let the eggs boil for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and cover the pan. Let sit, covered and undisturbed for 15 minutes.
  3. Don't try to cool them immediately under running cold water. Cold water can make the eggs tighten and harder to peel.
  4. Peel shells off the eggs.Mix 10-15 drops of food coloring with ½ cup water in a mug or small cup.
  5. Place egg into colored water and allow them to sit for two hours. Remove eggs from the colored water and rinse well.
  6. Slice them into half to see the beautiful rings around the whites of the cooked egg. Take out the egg yolk in a bowl. Mash it into fine crumble and add salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  7. Evenly heap teaspoons of the yolk mixture into the egg whites. Sprinkle paprika on it. and serve.
