Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup spinach puree
  2. 4 cup wheat flour
  3. Salt
  4. 2 cup beetroot puree
  5. 4 cup wheatflour
  6. Salt
  7. Oil for frying.
  8. Ajwain [carom seeds] - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Blanch and puree the spinach.
  2. Knead a dough using wheat flour, salt, ajwain and the spinach puree.
  3. Keep aside.
  4. Boil and puree the beetroot.
  5. Knead a dough using flour, salt, ajwain and beetroot puree.
  6. Keep aside.
  7. Now heat oil
  8. Make small pooris with the vegetables dough, made earlier,
  9. Serve with curd or potato sabzi.
