Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. coriander 1 cup
  3. methi leaves 1/2 cup
  4. salt to taste
  5. oil as required
  6. Sesame seeds 2 spoon
  7. cumin seeds 1 spoon
  8. bajra flour 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix all the above ingredients.
  2. Make the Dough.rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Then make paratha.heat tawa.
  4. Grese paratha with oil
  5. Then make square shape bite.
  6. Serve with green chutney.
  7. Serve hot
