Til Chikki

Ingredients to make Til Chikki

  • White sesame seeds...1 cup
  • Brown jaggery....1 cup
  • ghee...1 tsp
  • water...2 tsp
  • butter paper

How to make Til Chikki

  1. Dry roast sesame seeds for 2 minutes.
  2. Take a kadhai. Add jaggery and melt it on low flame.
  3. Add water and ghee to it and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add sesame seeds. Mix. Turn off the gas.
  5. Take a tray. Put butter paper on it. Pour mixture and spread evenly.
  6. Let it cool. Cot into desired shape.
  7. Relish it.
