Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Idli rice 1 1/2 cup
  2. Urad dal 1/2 cup
  3. Salt as required
  4. Baking soda as required
  5. Channa dal 1 tsp
  6. Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  7. Water as required
  8. Ghee 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak idli rice,channa Dal, fenugreek seeds and urad Dal for 6 hrs
  2. Grind it separately by adding little amount of water and mix together for dosa batter
  3. Cover the pot and ferment it for 5 to 16 hours
  4. Now it's ready to use.add salt.
  5. In dosa tawa,greese oil and pour dosa batter in center and spread it evenly in circular shape.
  6. Apply ghee on the edges.
  7. Cook both sides by adding ghee or oil.
  8. Now crispy Dosa is ready to serve.
