Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole wheat flour 11/2 cup
  2. Chickpea flour 1/4 cup
  3. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  5. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  6. Asafoetida 1 pinch
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil 2 tsp
  9. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Take all the flour,spices and salt.
  2. Add hot oil and mix well into the flour.Make dough.
  3. Rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Then make small puri.
  5. Heat oil in a kadhai.
  6. And fry poori.
