Ingredients to make Shahi Nutrela Halva

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup small nutrela
  • 500 ml milk
  • 125 gm white mava
  • 30 baadam
  • 30 kajus
  • 1 cup oil
  • 5 small iitchies
  • Few strands of kesar/saffron

How to make Shahi Nutrela Halva

  1. Keep the small nutrela in water for 5 hours. After this time, boil this small nutrela.
  2. Once its boiled, take a pan add a little oil to heat, add the boiled nutrela and stir it well till it turns brown. Once this occurs, keep it aside to cool.
  3. After its cooled, add in milk, kaju , baadam , litchies, and a little kesar. Heat it on a low flame, after its done let it cool.
  4. Once its cooled, add white mava and mix it well.
  5. To serve, take a bowl and add a little chocolate for taste, then add halva in it and put the kaju and baadam on top with a red cherry and a little kesar.
