Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1and 1/2 teaspoon dry yeast
  2. 1teaspoon sugar
  3. 1/2cup luke warm milk
  4. 1/2teaspoon salt
  5. 1and 1/2cup all purpose flour and little more
  6. 40gram milk powder
  7. 1/2cup melted butter
  8. 1tea spoon garlic green chilly basil leaves paste
  9. 1/2tea spoon red chilly flakes
  10. 1/2tea spoon oregano
  11. Oil as per need

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add sugar yeast Luke warm water and mix well and keep aside for 15mintues at warm place
  2. Now take a big bowl add all purpose flour melted butter redchilly flakes oregano garlic paste salt milk powder and mix well
  3. Add yeast mixture into the bowl
  4. Knead a soft dough and keep it warm place for 3hours for proofing
  5. After proofing the dough is in double in size
  6. Now punch the dough stretch it knead again with little oil
  7. Take a bread mould grease with oil
  8. Roll the dough and put it in to mould and again keep it for 1hour at warm place
  9. Take A wok add one cup salt fix a patila stand and preheat on high flame for 10mintues
  10. Set the bread mould into wok very carefully because it was very hot
  11. Cover the wok with lid and start bake bread at low flame for 45mintues
  12. Your soft spices tasty bread is ready for breakfast enjoy with coffee
