Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Whole wheat dough1/2 bowl
  2. For the filling
  3. Toovar daal 1 cup
  4. Jaggery 11/4 cup
  5. Kesar some piece
  6. 2 tsp ghee
  7. 1/4 tsp cardamom.powder

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the saffrron in a 2 tsp water in a bowl, mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Boil.The daal.
  3. Heat the ghee in a pan. Add the daal and jaggery,mix well,cooked for 10-12 minute.
  4. Add the cardamom powder and saffron water.
  5. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  6. Then make roti and put the filling in a center.make puranpoli.
  7. Cook.on a tawa greased with ghee.
