Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup moong
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Water as required
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  5. Oil 1 spoon
  6. Lemon juice 1 spoon
  7. Sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the moong 10 hour.
  2. Drain them and transfer to a clean muslin cloth
  3. After 12-14 hours sprout is ready.
  4. Heat in a pan.put some oil and turmeric powder.add sprout, salt, lemon juice and suger.
  5. Mix well.
