ABOUT Aachari Masala Puri RECIPE

This is traditional recipe that is often made at my home and its super quick to make and every one in family relishes it as it tastes great

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Atta 2 cup
  2. Aachari masala 5-6 tablespoon
  3. ajwain 1 tablespoon
  4. red chilly powder 1 tablespoon
  5. black pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  6. salt as per taste
  7. oil for kneading dough and frying

Instructions

  1. In parat, add atta, salt, aachari masala, red chilly powder, black pepper powder, ajwain and mix all.
  2. Add little oil and then add water and knead dough.
  3. Wrap it in muslin cloth and place it in fridge for about 10 minutes.
  4. In kadai, warm oil.
  5. Make small balls from dough and roll out small puris.
  6. Deep fry these puris from both sides.
  7. Serve Aachari Masala Puri with tangy aachar and enjoy Aachari Masala Puri with family.
