ABOUT Scottish brownie and tea RECIPE

Tea and cakes are integral part of english heritage.As a part of Scotland i love this recipe and eats a lot.However it can be replaced with cakes or biscuits too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1cup sugar
  2. 3/4cup butter
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 2tsp vanilla
  5. 1 1/3 cup maida
  6. 1/2cup chopped milk chocolate
  7. 1/2tsp baking powder
  8. pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients in 1 bowl and liquid ingredients separately
  2. Melt chocolate in a double boiler and add to the liquid ingredients
  3. Mix both and bake at 180 degree for 20-25 min .cool and serve with black tea
