Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. ½ cup almonds
  2. ½ cup cashews
  3. ½ cup pistachios
  4. ½ cup pitted dates chopped
  5. ½ cup walnuts
  6. ½ cup dried Apricots/Raisins chopped
  7. 200 gms. Semi-sweet Chocolate
  8. 2 tbsp. unsalted butter at room temperature

Instructions

  1. Take a non-stick pan and on low flame separately toss in almonds, cashews, pistachio and walnuts for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add these tossed nuts to mixer jar/food processor and pulse until coarse. Remove into a bowl.
  3. Shape into 1 inch balls. Leave to set for ½ hour. Melt semi-sweet chocolate in double boiler or microwave. Whisk by adding butter until shiny. Carefully dip each nuts ball in this and leave to set on greased cookie sheet/plate.
