  1. For dough
  2. 1/2cup all purpose flour
  3. 1 tablespoon samolina
  4. 1/4cuo spinach leaves puree
  5. 1/4teaspoon carom seed
  6. Cooking oil
  7. Salt to tast
  8. Chilled water to knead dough
  9. For the stuffing
  10. 1 cup green peas
  11. Asafoetida a pinch
  12. 1/2teaspoon red chilli powder
  13. 1/2teaspoon amchur powder
  14. 1/2teaspoon fennel seeds
  15. 1/4teaspoon garam masala
  16. Salt to tast
  17. Cooking oil deep frying.

Instructions

  1. Take all purpose flour semolina spinach puree salt and carom seed oil in bowl. Mix nicely with the tips of your finger it will become a bread crumbs
  2. Add cold water and make tight dough
  3. Cover with a damp cloth and keep the dough side for 15 to 20 minutes
