ABOUT Punjabi Pizza. RECIPE

A Pizza with Cauliflower , Onions and lots of Masala.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat Pizza base 1 per person.( Small)
  2. Onions 500 grams ( chopped)
  3. Cauliflower grated ( 2 cups)
  4. Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  5. Ginget grayed 1 tbsp
  6. Dhania powder 2 tbsp
  7. GARAM MASALA 1 TBSP
  8. Paperika powder 1 tbsp
  9. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
  10. Salt and pepper to taste.
  11. oil 2 tbsp
  12. Chilli garlic tomato ketchup. 1/2 cup.
  13. Chilli flakes ( optional).
  14. Cheese cubes grated 5

Instructions

  1. Saute Onions and Cauliflower on medium flame .
  2. Add all masala mentioned.
  3. Preheat oven at 200 C .
  4. Spread Tomato ketchup layer on Pizza base. Spread stuffings.
  5. Spread Cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Next Pizza will take less time. ( About 8 minutes.
  7. Enjoy with cold drink or juice.

You will see a huge difference in between the Italian pizza and the other Punjabi ordinary pizza. You will notice that they are so fluffy and full of cheesy layers that will make you a mouth full of water and they are also high in calories and no doubt so delicious.
