Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups gramflour
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 1 tbsp Vinegar
  4. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 1 cup chopped vegetables ( beans, carrot, capsicum, cauliflower, peas)
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp Baking powder
  8. 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  9. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 3 tbsp refined oil
  11. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  12. Hing
  13. Water as per requirement

Instructions

  1. Take a cup of milk put vinegar into it. Keep aside for 5 mins.
  2. In a mixing bowl put all the ingredients.
  3. Add chopped vegetables in the bowl.
  4. Now add vinegar milk and mix them well till incorporated nicely.
  5. Preheat the cooker for 5-10 mins with sand/ water / salt Grease the cake pan.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased pan/tiffin box.
  7. Bake for 25-30 mins. A toothpick inserted should come out clean.
  8. You can Sprinkle Chat masala, coriander leaves or spluttered mustard seeds.
