Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread 5-6
  2. Sugar 1 cup
  3. Water 1 cup
  4. Rabdi 1/2 cup
  5. Food color green (optional) 1 pinch
  6. Dry fruits chopped 8-10pc
  7. Ghee to deep fry

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread with the help of cookie cutter
  2. Heat sauce pan and add water n sugar, food color stir continuously to make sugar syrup
  3. Cook till you get one thread consistency sugar syrup .
  4. Now switch off the flame.
  5. In a pan heat ghee n place all the bread slices in the pan and deep fry them
  6. Now dip all the fried bread slices in sugar syrup soak them for few min.
  7. Place shahi tukdas in a plate now garnish with nuts .
