Oats chilla

Ingredients to make Oats chilla

  • 1 cup masala oats
  • 1 tsp curd
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • water as required
  • 1 tbsp gram flour

How to make Oats chilla

  1. Powder the oats in grinder.
  2. Add curd,salt,onion and green chilli,gram flour.
  3. Add water and mix all ingredients well.
  4. Make a smooth batter (like rava uttapam)
  5. Now heat a pan.
  6. Add oil add ladleful of batter and spread it evenly in to round shape.
  7. Let chilla cook on a medium flame.
  8. Once it cook on the bottom side spread some oil on the top surface.
  9. Flip the chilla.
  10. Once both side cook well turn of the flame.
  11. Chilla is ready to serve with chutney.

My Tip:

You can also add rice flour in chilla mixture. You can also use plane oats instead of masala oats.
