ABOUT Paneer Broccoli Veggie Mix RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Onion (chopped)
  2. 1 tomato (chopped)
  3. 150g Paneer
  4. 1 broccoli (cut into small pieces)
  5. 1 tbsp Cream
  6. Salt (as per taste)
  7. Red chilli powder (as per taste)
  8. 2-3 Green Chillies (cut from the centre)
  9. 0.5 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  10. 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Put some oil in a pan.
  2. Put cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  3. Add the onions and saute them until golden brown.
  4. Add the tomatoes and the green chillies. Sprinkle some salt and red chilli powder over it.
  5. Add broccoli and cover with lid. Wait for 5 minutes.
  6. Add small cubes of paneer to the mix.
  7. Finally, add some cream and mix it well. Let it cook for a minute more.
  8. Your dish is ready!
  9. Serve hot.
