Chicken Pakoras...

Ingredients to make Chicken Pakoras...

  • gram flour or besan 1/2 cup
  • Boiled shredded chicken 1 cup
  • onion chopped 3/4th cup
  • coriander leaves chopped 1/4th cup
  • baking soda 1 pinch
  • Spices ; red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  • turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

How to make Chicken Pakoras...

  1. TAKE ALL THE SPICES IN A MIXING BOWL.
  2. NOW ADD 1/4TH CUP OF CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES TO IT.
  3. FOLLOWED BY 1/2 CUP OF GRAM FLOUR, 3/4TH CUP OF CHOPPED ONIONS AND 1 CUP OF SHREDDED CHICKEN.
  4. AND FINISH IT OFF WITH A PINCH OF BAKING SODA.
  5. ADD WATER ACCORDINGLY AND MAKE A THICK BATTER.
  6. LIKE THIS.
  7. I HAVE USED ALMOST A CUP OF WATER
  8. ADD A TABLESPOON OF THE BATTER TO HOT OIL FOR DEEP FRYING
  9. FRY IN BATCHES
  10. FLIP OVER AND FRY ON THE OTHER SIDE TOO UNTIL GOLDEN AND CRISP.
  11. REMOVE THEM ONTO A PLATE WITH A SLOTTED SPOON TO DRAIN OFF ALL THE EXCESS OIL.
  12. LOOK AT THE PERFECTLY COOKED CHICKEN PAKORAS.
