Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Whole Ragi : 1 cup
  2. Water
  3. Palm Jaggery

Instructions

  1. Soak the ragi for 2 hours in water.
  2. Wash the ragi and drain thoroughly.
  3. Grind the ragi with 1/2 cup of water .
  4. Filter the ragi milk from the above batter ( instead of this you can also use ragi flour)
  5. Mix jaggery water and ragi milk
  6. Begin to cook this on a low to medium flame, stirring constantly to prevent burning and lumps.
  7. After 2 - 3 minutes, you can see a smooth thick consistency and switch off the stove.
  8. Add milk if you need
