My kids are very picky about vegetables and I find innovative ways to make them eat their vegetables. Whenever I make stir fry the kids love it and it’s super duper healthy

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups broccoli florets
  2. 2 cups finely sliced carrot
  3. 1 cup chopped capsicum
  4. 1 cup sliced onions
  5. 1 cup cabbage
  6. 1 cup cauliflower
  7. 1 cup beans sliced
  8. 4-5 cloves garlic finely chopped
  9. 2 inches fresh ginger grated
  10. 2 spoons soy sauce
  11. 3-4 spoons Szechuan sauce
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Basil and chopped cilantro 1 cup
  14. 4-5 red chillies
  15. 3 spoons oil
  16. Powdered peanuts 2 spoons
  17. 1 cup cooked jasmine rice


  1. To make the Szechuan sauce heat oil in a pan add 2 cloves garlic and red chillies
  2. Sauté this and grind well in a blender
  3. Heat oil in a wok or pan and add the chopped ginger garlic
  4. Sauté for a minute until the nice aroma of garlic and ginger come out
  5. Now add the sliced onions and cabbage and sauté for couple of minutes
  6. Add all the other vegetables and sauté well
  7. Add the salt, soy sauce and Szechuan sauce
  8. Serve with chopped cilantro , powdered peanuts and basil and jasmine rice
