Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cabbage half
  2. Oil as required
  3. Maida 4 tsp
  4. Spring onion 2 tsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  6. Corn flour 3 tsp
  7. Greenchilli 1
  8. Salt as required
  9. Gravy::
  10. Oil as required
  11. Onion 1
  12. Ginger small piece
  13. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  14. Garlic 2
  15. Tomato ketchup 3 tsp
  16. Chilli sauce 2 tsp
  17. Corn flour 1 tsp
  18. Water as required

Instructions

  1. For making cabbage Balls:: In bowl add shredded cabbage, corn flour,green chilli, maida,salt,ginger garlic paste mix well.
  2. Mix them properly.and make Small round size balls.((don't add water))
  3. In pan heat oil and fry the balls.keep aside
  4. For gravy:::: In pan heat oil add onion,crushed ginger and garlic,tomato ketchup,chilli sauce,spring onion fry it for 5 min.now add 1/2 cup of water,salt,pepper powder mix well.
  5. Boil it.((( mix corn flour with 1/2 cup of water and keep aside)))now add corn flour mixture in it.and cook for 2 min.it thickens the gravy.
  6. After add that balls into this gravy .and cook for 2 min.
  7. Granish with spring onion and serve it hot.
