Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup soaked sabudana
  2. 1/2 cup of roasted bell peppers both red and yellow finely chopped (optional you can use green capsicum also)
  3. 3 table spoon of Green pease (Mattar)
  4. 1 carrot finely chopped
  5. 1 potato finely chopped
  6. 1 table spoon of flex seeds
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder (or according to taste)
  9. 1/2 teaspoon jeera powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  11. 1 lemon juice
  12. Green coriander for garnish
  13. 2 big spoon of oil
  14. 1/2 inch ginger finally chopped
  15. Handful green dhaniya for garnishing


  1. Firstly soaked the sabudana for 2 to 3 hours and then strain the excess water out of it and keep aside for some time
  2. Now take a pan or kadahi heat the oil add flex seeds ( you can jeera also instead of flex seeds)
  3. Once flex seeds get popped add ginger and green chilli & saute for 2 minutes
  4. Once it is saute add all veggies and mix well
  5. Now add the salt first, salt will help the veggies to becoming soft and tender
  6. Cover it for 2 to 3 minutes
  7. After 3 minutes add all the masala's and lemon juice and mix well for 2 to 3 minutes
  8. Once all the veggies become soft now add sabudana into it an mixed well for at least 2 to minutes
  9. Lastly add green dhaniya for garnishing and serve hot
