ABOUT veg rice RECIPE

It's a normal rice dish with lots of vegetables.At a time it's healthy and tasty also.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. basmati rice 11/2cup
  2. carrot grated 1/2cup
  3. french beans 1/4 cup
  4. coli flower small pieces 1/2 cup
  5. spring onion 1/4 cup
  6. green pease 1/2 cup
  7. salt to taste
  8. sugar 1tbsp
  9. green cardamon 2
  10. cinnamon stick 1/2 inch
  11. cloves 2
  12. bay leaf
  13. white oil 2 tsp
  14. ghee 1/2 tsp
  15. garam masala

Instructions

  1. At first take the rice and socked in water 10 minutes.
  2. wash vegetables. Take a non stick pan add 2tsp white oil, heat the oil.
  3. Add cloves,cinnamon,cardamom and bay leaf,after some time add vegetables and stir it well,add salt and socked rice.
  4. stir it very well,add sugar. When it smell beautiful add water full of 3 cup.
  5. cover it
  6. when the rice is boil add garam masala and ghee 1/2 tsp.
  7. Give it standing time and serve it.
