Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. button mushroom - 200 gm
  2. eggs -2
  3. Kashmiri chilli powder - 1tsp
  4. pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. oil - 1 tbsp
  6. salt - to taste
  7. for garnishing - chopped coriander leaves.

Instructions

  1. Rinse mushroom,drain it completely and cut into small slices.
  2. Heat oil, pan fry the mushroom pieces.Add salt to taste.
  3. Add chilli powder or chicken 65 masala , roast it.
  4. Beat egg with salt and pepper.Add to the roasted mushroom.low the flame, close with lid for a minute.
  5. Stir fry it.When it is done, switch off garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
