- Heavy whipping 2 cups
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Icing 1 tbsp
How to make Basic Whipped Cream
My Tip:Beat your cream a little ahead of frosting and do not refrigerate it for a long time. An hour is more than enough. And the room temperature should not be hot. It is better if you work in an air conditioned room. Also the cream should be a heavy cream. Use of sugar must beminimum only. I strongly recommend it. As it is, the cakes and desserts are full of sugar, so skip sugar in your whipped cream. However i have used a tablespoon of it for this recipe but i strongly recommend you to skip it totally. Also chill your piping bags before filling it up and the cakes also should be at room temperature.
