Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ragi flour-200g
  2. Water-200ml
  3. Green gram sprouts-3 tablespoon
  4. Chilli powder-1/2tsp
  5. Salt-to taste
  6. Kasoori methi-2pinch
  7. Chaat masala-1/2 tsp
  8. Oil-1tbsp
  9. Onion-2 no
  10. Jeera-1tsp
  11. Potatoes (boiled)-150g

Instructions

  1. In a pan, add ragi flour and water in equal amounts with salt and dissolve well..
  2. Switch on the stove and keep stirring the mixture till it forms a mass..switch off the flame
  3. Add little water if necessary to knead the dough well and keep aside
  4. In a pan add oil,jeera, onion and saute well..now add boiled potatoes,fresh sprouts, chilli powder, salt,crushed kasuri methi and switch off the flame
  5. Take the ragi dough roll in to ball and shape in to pooris..cut it in to two halves..place the stuffing and fold it in to samosas.
  6. Deep fry it in hot oil and serve
