Oats is a wonder cereal with which you can dish out many easy, simple and delicious recipes. It is both healthy, wholesome and nutritious as it is low in calories. It is good for young and old alike and is diabetic friendly. Today I would like to share Oats Tikki that can be a great tea time snack or can be served as an appetizer with green chutney or sauce. They can also be packed for a lunch box meal too.
