Not Just An Apple ,But A Pomegranate Can Also Keep The Doctor Away.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Apple 1/2 chopped
  2. pomegranate seeds 1/2 cups
  3. Banana 1
  4. peanut butter 1tsp
  5. oats 2ts
  6. nuts like cashew, badam, & pista 2tsp.
  7. Milk 1/2 cup
  8. honey if required according to sweetness.
  9. lemon juice a few drops.

Instructions

  1. blend everything in a blender.
  2. keep in the fridge .
  3. serve chilled. add nuts if u want on top.
