Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 packet moong sprouts
  2. 1 packet black gram sprouts
  3. 70 persent boiled
  4. Add 1 cup diced cucumber
  5. 1 cup diced tomatoes
  6. 1/2 chopped onions
  7. 1/2 tsp salt
  8. 1/4 tsp red chilli pwr
  9. 2 tsp chat masala
  10. 2 chopped green chilli
  11. Squeeze in lemon

Instructions

  1. Boil the sprouts upto 70 percent.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and squeeze lemon over it.
  3. Toss in a bowl and serve.
