It increase the memory and give energy & keep warm in winters

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 kg mota besan
  2. 1kg desi ghee
  3. 750 gm powder sugar
  4. 150 gm cashew powder
  5. 100 gm poppy seeds
  6. 200 gm almonds powder
  7. 70 gm raisins
  8. 1 tsp salt and black pepper powder each
  9. 200 gm whole dry coconut
  10. 2 litres of milk

Instructions

  1. Cut coconut from top like a cap
  2. Fill poppy seeds in it
  3. In a bowl take 1 tbsp besan and make a thick dough
  4. U can also use wheat flour dough to seal the edges
  5. Then seal the edges of coconut with dough
  6. Boil this coconut in milk
  7. Boil it until it becomes thick and like a mawa
  8. Separate coconut from mawa and grind it
  9. In a wok heat 2 tbsp ghee and roast mawa till it leaves ghee
  10. Then add coconut and also heat for some time then add cashew powder,almond powder
  11. In another wok heat ghee and roast besan till it becomes golden brown
  12. In a broad pan add sugar powder and salt and pepper & all ingredients coconut,mawa,sugar powder mix with it
  13. Then make balls
